We offer free shipping on most items. We ship via the post office, Fedex and UPS. Some items may be subjected to an additional oversize shipping charge. We offer free shipping for most order over $100. However, oversize charge may apply to some items

Our main concern at IFLYSHOP.COM is our customers' satisfaction, so our return policy is quite simple. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any of our products, we urge you to return the item for exchange or full refund. The choice is yours. Please us by phone 705-495-1990 or e-mail prior to returning any items. You may return merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will refund the charges if product is defective or shipped as a result of our error. You may exchange unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. There will be a $30.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging When IFLYSHOP.COM. receives the returned defective product, you will be credited in full for the defective product plus the original shipping cost. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. EXCHANGE POLICY If you are seeking replacement of a defective product, you must place a new order for the identical product.
