A creation born of necessity, hackle pliers of spring steel have a tendency to fly out of the hand at the most critical time. Possibly the finest hackle pliers created to date. The slide lock principle holds the quill firmly without slippage and allows application of the hackle to the look effortlessly. The quill is held in such a manner as to prevent breakage and the loop on the end allows easy usage. “When Tom sent me a prototype of the Hackle nabbers I called and told him he wasnt going to get them back. They hold the hackle very well and the “slide” is easier to engage than pinching open standard hackle pliers.
