The Bob James Centrepin reel is based on our classically designed range of Purist II centrepin reels.

This reel has been developed with the help of Bob James, a highly acclaimed fisherman, and features a low inertia take-off spool with a ventilated barrel, ideal for Wallis Casting.
  1. Bodies & spools machined from solid aluminium bar stock
  2. Double bearings to ensure smooth running
  3. Removable handles
  4. On-Off ratchet operated by a radially positioned lever
  5. Micro-adjustable drag system
  6. Dovetailed, ventilated rod plate made from bar stock aluminium
  7. Grey anodised finish
  8. Each reel is serial numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity and a canvas pouch
